The Pulse*

The Pulse is a proprietary research tool that helps us gain deeper insight into the mindset and culture of an organisation, including how this diverges according to age, position, and department.

Featuring a range of quantitative and qualitative questions, our unique analysis methodology enables us to gain powerful and nuanced insights. We then present these back by way of a report and face-to-face debrief from our Head of Impact.

Our hand-picked community of companies, which meets on a quarterly basis. Through community-building, intergenerational exchange, and long-term interventions, the Biome enables deeper collaboration among diverse groups of people.

More information available upon request.

Youth consultants

Our community of youth consultants, ages 16-35, trained in advising business leaders, engaging in institutional decision-making, and constructively disrupting mindsets. They deliver services exclusively to Biome members.

“We benefit from listening to and working with leaders like yourself that want to work with other stakeholders to drive needed change. In many cases the best ideas don’t come from those most experienced, but rather from open and curious minds that are passionate about solving a problem.”

- David Taylor, CEO, P&G

“The discussion was thought-provoking and a welcome challenge, something we value considerably. We would like to express once more our gratitude for the time and energy you invested in the preparation of this session.”

- Guillaume Faury, CEO, Airbus

“Thank you for running a session with the UKGBC team last week. Though it was sadly cut short, I really enjoyed the opportunity to speak openly about the topics of eco anxiety and specifically our ethics as a company internally.”

- Participant, UKGBC
